It just got better and better!

I was so impressed with the website& communication, even before we decided to use Bay of Islands Campervans- & it just got better and better! Nick & Rob went out of their way to answer questions-about the camper, luggage, itinerary etc.etc.
Then they delivered the van to Queenstown, with apologies that it was not quite as they would have liked because of the quick changeover and the traveling to get it where & when we needed. It looked beautiful inside & out – so clean & well set up. We had everything we needed & more with very clear instructions on how everything worked. We travelled for 3 weeks in the South & North Islands. Of course we eyed off other campervans-never once did we wish we had the other one. Ours was just great. A bed we could leave made up & extras like a navigator, tourist radio, a little barbecue, outdoor chairs etc.It was light & airy & felt roomy & welcoming. The stove & microwave worked perfectly, the hot water was hot & we loved the shower/toilet! All this in a van that had plenty of power, was just 5.5m, fitted in parking spaces & was the cheapest fare level on the Interislander ferry. The laptop and mobile phone were added bonuses & greatly appreciated as we had a very ill relative at home & our telco had messed things up. It was only thanks to the items provided with the camper that we could stay in touch!
So we had a wonderful time in “our” campervan, through some pretty terrible weather at times – then we got to Paihia. What a wonderful way to bring our holiday to an end! Rob & Nick could not have done more for us. The B&B was beautiful & they were incredibly gracious & generous hosts. Being driven to the airport was the icing on the cake. Perhaps the cherry on top was the suggestion Rob made for duty free gifts, which were very well received!
If you want a campervan and/or B&B holiday in NZ we seriously doubt you could do better!!! Thank you Nick & Rob – the wonderful memories will be with us for many years to come!
